SMS Little Devils "Learn to Play Hockey" - Registration Now Open
The Sudbury-Maynard-Stow Youth Hockey Association (SMS Youth Hockey) is now accepting registrations for the SMS Little Devils 'Learn to Play' program. To register, please click here or go to www.smshockey.com and click on "Register On-line" in the left margin to get started. A $50.00 deposit holds your spot! Spread the word -- you only have until November 4th.

The Little Devils 'Learn to Play'
This program is for boys and girls between the ages of 5 to 8 years old and is run in compliance with the USA Hockey American Development Model. Players should have some skating skills such as stopping and starting. Full hockey gear is required. The focus is on skill development, having fun, and exposing kids to the great sport of hockey. It's a great introduction to organized hockey and prepares players for Mite- and Squirt-level travel teams. (Please note that this is not the Mite Travel Program.)

Schedule:
The season runs from November to mid-March. Sessions are twice a week (usually Saturday and Sunday). Full details will be released in mid-October.

Learn Fife and Drum!

Learn Fife and Drum!
If your children enjoy history and music and enjoy Patriot's Day activities in Concord every spring, perhaps they could be part of the excitement. Our group serves as the Honor Guard at the North Bridge during the Concord Patriot’s Day Parade and is now accepting applications for new members ages 8 to 18.
New members may choose to play the fife, the snare drum or the bass drum. No previous musical experience is necessary. The instructing staff is comprised of experienced teachers and musicians who have a love of music and want to pass that on to the next generation. We provide free music instruction during rehearsals; our staff volunteers their time to ensure that the fife & drum legacy continues in Massachusetts.
The program runs year around and we accept new recruits of all levels from beginner to experienced musicians, even if they don’t play fife or drum yet. Our main performance season is the summer months, which is ideal for a musician in a school band to have a great summer music experience doing something new and exciting!
If you are interested and want more information, please see our website at www.4hfifeanddrum.org or contact us at mc4hfd@gmail.com
